Often enough it isn’t how the item fits you but rather how you fit the item. Attitude is such an important part of Style, and a major part of the Italian concept of ‘sprezzatura’ (which of course isn’t only Italian). The Gentleman on the left wears an over sized, generally ill fitting coat, but wears it naturally and with ease and security, thus making the item look ‘generous’ rather than big.
